2013 Imaging Week was held in Samseong-dong COEX, Seoul.

From April 4th, 2013 (Thursday) to April 7th (Sunday), 2013 Imaging Week was held in Samseong-dong COEX, Seoul.
The exhibition was conducted with 22nd Seoul International Photo & Imaging Industry Show, and Smart Accessory Show 2013.
On this year's P&I Show, large companies like Samsung, Sony, Canon, Manfrotto, and Sigma, and the products of special companies like Varavon and PhotoClam were put on display.
Also, products of companies with great ideas are displayed on Smart Accessory Show, so people could meet novel and excellent products, and build new acquaintances and relationships.

More than anything, we gained attention for various accessories with NX300.

Also, Sony and Canon showcased their products on the large booth.

Also, SAEKI P&C, which is the Korean distributor of Manfrotto and Sigma, showed all of the brands they are importing and distributing.

To shoot 3D dimensional videos, 360MEDIA exhibited Rig that precisely combined two cameras.

It was also very excellent to see Varavon, which released various Rig, Slide Cam, and Camera Viewfinder, and PhotoClam, which presented exceptional ballhead.

In addition, SKY39's Slide Cam product, SMDV's Wireless Flash Trigger and Camera Shutter, Secu-line's Trigger, Release, and Field Monitor were all great items.

Vulevu exhibited their own excellent hats, and more than anything, the quality of the product was so good that I wanted to purchase it on the site.

Unlike P&I, Smart Accessory Show was mainly consisted of small businesses.
Battery Pack, Charger, various Cases, Cell Phone Holder, and Bluetooth products were the major products of the exhibition, and there were significant numbers of items with excellent ideas.

RexNorth is a professional development company dedicated for making smartphone cases made of aluminum materials, and presented iPhone bumper case, which is a handmade product that underwent various precision machining. In particular, i502B that had finishing touch by Swarovski was light and had great design, so it was definitely a product that you wanted to buy.

Megacreate is a company that developed products with great sense of design such that it was selected as good design and ASIA 2012 VIP. Its newly showcased Smartphone Ceramic Holder is a beautiful handmade design product that is accompanied by cradle and phone speaker made of ceramics.

Korea Electronics Technology is a professional company that develops portable battery by adopting stable lithium polymer, and it showcased battery pack with two terminals for charging two devices simultaneously. It has a large capacity and attracted attention with its slim design.

Shinjimoru introduced unique products with distinct ideas, and its iPad case made of cushion is a product for using iPad comfortably and safely.

LS Tech is a company that professionally develops solar application products, and this year, it introduced Solar Charger, which is small but has powerful charging ability by applying high-efficiency Solar Panel.

ELF is a company that develops various Bluetooth products, and it showcased Bluetooth mono/stereo headset and speakers. In particular, it is an item with speaker for Bluetooth watch made of wood.

Like the name of the company that holds the meaning of expressing good ideas with hands, Mano presented various smartphone cases made of leather. They had pretty design and practicality, so they were quite popular.

Coyvy, a professional company for emotional design, introduced smartphone case that thought about environment, and its penguin on top of glacier and sprout case were very fresh.

SPS showcased Magconnn, which was a wireless charging case, and like the meaning of coating the design, Wetherby & Design Skin had a lot of pretty smart device cases.

FusionFnC introduced various Bluetooth devices like Bluetooth mini keyboard and headset, and id:ip's unique and practical non-slim pad and cradle for tripod attracted attention from people.

In addition to these, Goodsgood's temperature and humidity adjustment camera storage, Seoro's Rolling Case, JUBIT's cradle and mini USB, Amazingbox's smartphone cradle Smart Spider based on the octopus suckers, and other new and excellent products were showcased.

After looking at this year's exhibition that was conducted by Photo Show and Smart Show, it is anticipated for more products from convergence of these two industries be released in the future.

2013 SIAS Seoul International Audio Show was held.

2013 SIAS Seoul International Audio Show was held in COEX, Samsung Dong, Seoul from March 1st (Friday) to 3rd (Sunday) in 2013. We saw creative and new products through this Audio Show and got good network with new people.

Himsound displayed passive speaker, which has good balance and exellent dynamic stuff as the company always points that they will put musical and emotional things in speaker. Also the company said that they want to put clear, strong good quality music in it. I feel that everytime I listen it.

Bench Soft is the company for new trend's technology, simple and smart accessaries. They displayed BN749, which is combined Bluetooth Speaker and External Battery.

JOLI fi is the company which develop small but necessary items. The representative of the company had high passion. They displayed JOLIFI D+, which is built in tube amp. That makes people enjoy Hi-End in small space. I've always wanted to have it. I talked about it with the CEO seriously.

Olasonic, Parrot showed diverse speaker and headphone.

This is a Yamaha booth. They showed various products such as headphone, dock speaker as an international company.

SOtM showed various products as an PC-Fi expert.

Oweing to the representative of the company who has sensitive ears, we saw audio accessaries of Takt.

Takt is a company which produce audio accessaries. They remove noise and vibration and improve the sound quality. I was impressed by the representative who majored in civial enginering. He said he wanted to make audio stuff better, which even music lovers don't consider.

UL Sound showed various tube audio products such as Pre Amplifier, Phono Amplifier, Power Amplifier with the goal of making original sound.

Powertek is the best company for developing audio power supply. It showed that audio sound's quality can be improved with stable power supply. It's necessary for vintage audio.

Soliton is a venture company which make CMOS cable PAULI series. They know technology.
They showed Interconnection cable and Power cable which make all sound's charateristics 100% alive and reduce ugly sounds.

 

Verum Acoustics displayed handmade Multi-power supply P_6 which is covered with Rhodium and 24K gold like their name "truth".

Codia is for Acoustic Design. They showed audio rack and stand which were made by birch. Both are expensive but very popular because people can feel masterpiece.

Moses makes Hi-Fi Multitab. They showed various Mutitab including new M-60B. They are excellent items.

TVLogic is for broadcasting display development. They displayed aurender W20 Music server and X100 PC-Fi Music Server which were popular in Las Vegas CES in 2013.

Audio Club, which has developed tube audio for 40 years, showed tube audios and speakers which have craft's soul. The items having beautiful tree stuff look luxurious.

April Music's Stello, Exumus, Aura are exellent products as well known products.

Seobyongik Audio has their own system. Even it's a small company but it showed various tube amp such as Pre Amplifier Sonare, Cantare, Power Amplifier Jupiter, Fortus.

Meta Music Sound seeks for harmony and making sound which is not heard in music hall. They showed tube amp for alive sound such as NADI, PRANA, Pentode.

One Key Production showed Aphrodite and Athena which are HDV/HDA Solution. I didn't know what they were. After I used them, I realized that they are good insulators.

Finally, it's Analog Voice.
Analog Voice draw only good points from tube. They showed Digital Tube which combied digital amp and tube. Small and great products like  DT-monoBlock, ALLDAC, A4U2 attracted my attetion.

This Show was smaller than last year's one but I saw various and good quality audio products.
I am looking forward to SIAS next year already.
